Being charged so much for something that was ran through a copier and hole punched is outrageous.

The pages are see through and paper thin. Contacted Pearson and was told they are just cutting costs. The pages bent horribly bad in the binder too. The highlighter leaks through the pages. I would recommend professors finding a different textBOOK. As an educator, I would be embarrassed making my students pay for this. Go with the online version if possible!

This book covered everything. It went through the history of special education up to the most current events and laws. It is helpful to have in class and as a point of reference in the future. I'm glad I purchased it instead of renting.

It served it purpose. This book was required reading for a graduate level course on SPED law. My knowledge of SPED law was enhanced by text, because it provided a lot of background information on the events that preceded much of the legislation that guide policies and procedures that significantly impact my day to day life as a Special Ed. teacher. The writing was extremely dry throughout. I wouldn't recommend reading for pleasure.

I was hoping to find a cheaper book than at my university book store but this is not a paperback or hard copy. These are loose leaf style and you will need a binder to put them in. Seems like a bit much money for that.

This was an ok story. Nothing too fast paced. The couples were cute and thugged it out together. Love prevails

Man White Boy AP was not for the games at all. He wanted Takarri and he got her regardless. Knowledge and Cobi made a cute couple also. So glad Rita came to her senses because she pissed me clean off. Prodigy is a whole thing out here lol. I liked the storyline and glad Blake got some sense and let Cobi and Karri grow up. Overall good read.

It's not often that you see a blender family that gets along like this. I am so happy for Karri standing up to her dad. I truly believe that she would have cut him off of he didn't apologize to her and AP.I am so glad that Rita got away from Nolan and that Prodigy stepped up the way he did.Jacobi was a boss from the door. She knew what she wanted and didn't let anything stand in her way.This was a great collaboration and even better standalone. Good job ladies

I loved the book and all the characters hopefully there is a part 2 so we can see how the engagement went for knowledge and cobi. The character followed so good together and no one missed anything.

Ladies I knew from the start that the collaboration was going to be awesome .I was shocked to see that Karri stood up to Blake when it came down to A.P definitely wasn't a punk

Ap was what Takarri needed. Knowledge was good for JaCobi. I'm glad Rita got out of that abusive relationship and got with Prodigy. Great collaboration ladies!!!

That was a sweet story not long but it packed a serious punch of a little drama some gangsta ish with great love! Great job ladies!!!

Most of the time the computer screen seems adequate to explore interests like this. Lots of great photos out there if you look around and these days there aren't a lot of books of this heft and size that you want to commit your space and money to. This one is different. It's an excellent group of talents coming together to make a great book. I just picked it up for my brother's birthday, now I need one. Paul d'Orleans is a learned, modern day cavalier who knows bikes in and out. His writing is elegant and fun and his wet-plate photos are beautiful. Michael Lichter, ex be-bop drummer / now well-established and extraordinary photographer has done each bike justice with photos that are very powerful. You really feel like you can reach out and polish them. If you just want a great visual treat with very cool bikes or if you want in-depth history of some motorcycles from the cafe racer culture, this is a very good book.

Somewhat disappointing. Many if not most of the bikes featured are HD: a marque I wasn't aware had contributed a great deal to cafe racer culture or aesthetics.

Beautifully printed large format book with great insight and details on the history of the café racer bikes and scene. Beautiful photographs by Michael Lichter, and words by Paul D'Orleans.

Great reference book! Thanks to Licter's, outstanding (The Best In The Business) photography. If you're interested in the "Cafe" culture, then buy this book! A truly definitive piece of work. A+++
