I am very disappointed in the book. The book is a good outline for a would be good book, but unfortunately there is no meat to it in the chapters. Phil will introduce a topic in each chapter and explain as to what it is very briefly, and then moves on to the next without explaining the nuts and bolts. Some of the best books I’ve read are short books, but this is the exception. It is nothing more than advertisement for himself to sell you his courses. You have to think, if he is making as much money as he says he has, why isn’t he doing that instead of selling courses. The oldest trick is to sell information to others about how to get rich. Save your money and just Google the topics of his chapters and you will find much better and comprehensive information regarding the topics than in this book. If you are looking for a how to book, this is not it.
Book feels cheap in your hands and information is too generic. Just watch Phil's videos on YouTube.
Has a few useful slogans or tips in it, but if your familiar with real estate at all you already know them. It is really designed to get you to pay $6,000 to join the author's mentor-ship program. So basically you are paying to read an advertisement. Save your money.

Nothing new so I guess there is nothing new in Real Estate Investing, most of the strategies don't work where I live. There are more investors than houses available and competition is bloody, maybe in the country side, areas with new developments or areas where the market is not moving
Not worth. A phenomenal waste of my time. Did not learn anything. This book is a ridiculous replication of most late night TV informationals.
